information/clarification is given here as under:
This proposal is meant for :
This proposal is meant for those Electrical Diploma Engineers/ITI trained electricians who have minimum 5
years experience of maintenance of electrical equipments & have good
communication skill in connection with interaction with the prospective
customers.
1. In case of your selection, you will be appointed as trainee apprentice of this organization
for 12 months and stipend will be
paid depending on your experience.
2. Training Details :
The training period will be 12
months at our
Ludhiana
works. During the period of your training free
lodging shall be provided and Rs.750/- will be paid extra as out station
allowances.
3. Job Regularization:
In case your work & conduct is
found satisfactory during the training period, you will be appointed as
our regular employee as per the above terms.
Note: Benefits like bonus/EPF/ESI/ LWW as per
Factory Act will also be admissible.
4. Future Prospects:
Higher Salary can be given to you after completion of your one year service in case your
work and conduct during this period is found
satisfactory.
5. Nature
of work :
a)
After having undergone the requisite training of 12
months over here you will operate from your
native place to look after installation / commissioning,
routine checkup /complaint calls & servicing of equipments. In addition to above for
sale promotion of Jindal’s products you will also visit to the prospective customers
within an area of 100 Km. around your native place.
b)
You will submit your daily working report to this office by post and your
attendance will be marked on the receipt of daily report by
this office.
c)
You
will visit this office every month with a planned stay of 3-4 days over here to
clarify the doubts and discussions on the reports submitted.
In case of non compliance of above instructions at
5(b) & (c) your stipend / salary of the next month shall not be released.
6. Reimbursement
of Expenditure.
The expenditure incurred in connection with conveyance, telephone, postage with regard to attending
of above jobs as well as tour bills etc. on actual basis shall be reimbursed subject to production of
documentary proof and will be limited to Rs.1500/-
month.
In case you feel interested, you may plan to visit

on any working day i.e. Monday to Saturday (
09:00 am to 05:00 pm
.) as per your convenience with prior information/confirmation. While coming to
Ludhiana
you should bring all the
requisite testimonials with regard to your academic, technical &
experience & should also come prepared to stay over here for at least 3-4 days for general/ technical
discussion as well as about your future prospects. During your this stay at Ludhiana, you will be
provided free lodging/boarding facility & you will also be paid 2nd
class To & Fro shortest route train/bus fare.
